When you cannot receive emails

We have received reports of customers not receiving order confirmation emails from our shop.

This issue is particularly common with addresses ending in @ezweb.ne.jp, @docomo.ne.jp, @softbank.ne.jp, Hotmail, and iCloud. It is a widespread phenomenon caused by enhanced email security measures.

We have also confirmed that emails are being filtered into spam folders, so please check there as well.

We recommend using Gmail.

Possible causes:

Automatic sorting into spam folders
Blocking by security settings
Rejection settings like domain-specific blocking

Your order data has been received correctly. Only the automated confirmation email is not reaching you.
