About Each School Session Plan

Our school sessions offer four distinct plans, each with unique features to help you choose the one best suited to your skiing level.

・Freeride Beginner School Session

This session does not include challenges in tree runs. There may be some challenges in powder areas. You will practice the “neutral position” taught in this session within groomed courses. The focus is not on challenging content but on allowing ample time to ingrain the movements into muscle memory.

<Skill Level>

Can descend intermediate slopes linking turns (Participants who rely heavily on side slipping cannot join)

Often gets stuck on powder slopes

*Not intended for snowboard beginners

・Freeride Sponge School Session

Challenges tree runs and uneven terrain at slower speeds than standard school sessions. The core focus is challenging difficult areas while practicing the “neutral position” taught in this session.

<Skill Level>

Can link turns while descending intermediate slopes (Participants who frequently use side slipping cannot join)

Has experience skiing in fresh powder areas or tree runs

Challenges advanced slopes

・Freeride School Session

This is the main plan for this session. We'll thoroughly enjoy the ski resort hosting the event while teaching the techniques needed to have even more fun than before. Practicing and reviewing the Neutral Position, we'll tackle tree runs, rough terrain, and steep slopes. If someone expresses a desire to try something, we'll challenge it together as a group. Depending on conditions, we prioritize developing speed awareness, so there will be more time spent skiing at slightly higher speeds than before.

<Skill Level>

Can ski intermediate to advanced slopes, linking slides and carving turns

Can ski down from the top to the base of the ski resort without issue

Has experience skiing in tree runs, fresh powder areas, and uneven terrain

Can ski in fresh powder without getting buried repeatedly

Has the stamina to ski all day

・Advanced Session

Session videos can be viewed here

This is a special plan limited to 3 participants. Designed for intermediate to advanced skiers, we'll speed through various terrain across the ski resort. As this is a session, not a school, the key feature is following the pro coach. While advice is provided, the focus is on skiing. Expect jumps, falls, speed, shouts—above all, an exhilarating experience.

<Skill Level>

You can confidently ski/snowboard from the top to the base of the resort

You feel like you've hit a rut with skiing/snowboarding

You love fresh powder runs and tree runs

You want to see professional skiing/snowboarding up close

We offer sessions based on these four plans.

During any school session,

If you feel like:
“I might not be able to keep up”
“My legs might start cramping”

“I'm feeling a bit tired”

If you feel any of these, please immediately tell your coach:
“I'll take a break for one run.”
Pushing yourself too hard can lead to injury. If your coach thinks you should take a break, they will tell you. Please absolutely do not push yourself and take a rest.

During the session, there may be situations where there is a gap in skiing/snowboarding levels among participants.

<Skill Level>

You can comfortably ski or snowboard from the top of the mountain to the base.

You feel like you've hit a plateau with skiing or snowboarding.

You love fresh powder runs and tree runs.

You want to see professional skiing up close.

We offer sessions based on these four plans.

During any school session,
if you feel:
“I might not be able to keep up,”
“My legs might start cramping,”
or “I'm getting a bit tired,”
please immediately tell your coach:
“I'll take a break for one run.”
Pushing yourself could lead to injury. If your coach thinks you need a break, they will suggest it. Please rest without hesitation.

During sessions, there may be differences in skiing/snowboarding ability among participants. In such cases, we may suggest a break or ask participants slowing down the group to consider withdrawing. We appreciate your cooperation if this happens.

If there is a significant gap at the higher end, you may be asked to adjust your speed to match other participants. However, we will also incorporate faster runs, so you should still enjoy yourself.

We look forward to seeing you on the snow!
