<Limited to 3 Participants・Intermediate Freeride School Session>

*This school session is packed with the vision of our school session director. Yes, the reason for this price point, despite being limited to just 3 participants, lies here. Rest assured, the content is very mild. We kindly ask only those who understand this to apply.

The founder of this session, Yoshitaka Ota, was a professional snowboarder active from the late 1990s until around 2010. He now runs snowboard and outdoor apparel brands and is contracted as an advisor to snowboard brands. His love for snowboarding led him to relocate to Takayama, Hida, where he continues to seek out the best snow.
In 2006, he participated as part of the Japanese team at the “Columbia Ride Week” in Courchevel, France, and won. His riding style, called the “Neutral Position,” was born from his experience challenging every kind of demanding slope worldwide during his pro career. This riding style expands your board control range, regardless of whether the terrain is groomed or ungroomed.
Ski resorts may seem uniform, but they offer every type of snow surface. While gliding down a perfect groomed run feels great, the true joy of snowboarding expands when you conquer every possible terrain. What does it take to get there? Our school teaches you the essential elements while having fun.
We've spent countless hours mastering challenging slopes. We pass on the techniques gained from this intensive experience directly to you. Watch professional riding up close, compare it to your own style, and ask the pros any question you have. You'll definitely get helpful hints to solve your issues.
Yes, we teach the raw, instinctive riding born from professional experience.
On the groomed slopes, we focus on teaching the neutral position, the core of our school sessions. In varied terrain, we conduct technical sessions covering techniques for conquering all types of terrain.

Hmm? Wondering what exactly happens in these school sessions? Here's the answer for you.
1. Learn the neutral position
2. Master essential, error-free control on steep slopes
3. Confirm your center of gravity and range of movement
4. Practice a riding style that works equally well in fresh powder and groomed runs

We tailor the above content to the conditions on the day of the session.

No need to worry. He's surprisingly friendly—nothing like his intense riding style suggests. We welcome many solo female participants. Please feel free to ask him anything.

Even within a single ski resort, every snow surface exists. While gliding down a pristine groomed run feels great, mastering every terrain is what truly expands the joy of snowboarding. What does it take to achieve that? This school lets you enjoyably master the essential elements.

Yes, we teach the wild, instinctive riding born from professional experience.
